About Us
Rachel
Rachel is originally from Germany, where she studied art and design and began learning the craft of tattooing. With over 13 years of experience, she continues to be inspired by the ever-evolving creative flow that tattooing brings to her artistic process.
Her work is deeply influenced by a passion for art, beauty, and spirituality. She takes the time to truly understand each person’s vision, ensuring that the designs they create together feel aligned on every level—emotionally, energetically, and visually.
Rachel offers both tattoo ceremonies and more traditional sessions, depending on what feels right for each individual. Some clients are drawn to incorporating Reiki and ritual into the experience, while others prefer a quieter, more straightforward approach. In every case, she provides a supportive and sacred space, helping clients feel comfortable, seen, and cared for.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to creating tattoos that speak to the soul—pieces that clients can carry with love and pride.
Em
Em began her tattoo journey in the Pacific Northwest before she landed in Asheville, and still visits her old Portland shop and clients multiple times a year. She went to school for graphic design & fine art, working as a brand and website creator before being inspired to transition her style of art & design into tattooing.
She specializes in illustrative, fine-lined blackwork with stipple shading and a hand-crafted feel. Preferring themes of nature, herbalism, mysticism/folklore, and antique patterns and aesthetics, she offers both custom and pre-drawn designs.
Reign
Reign recently arrived in Asheville by way of Tucson, AZ. With a background in ceramics and fine art, tattooing became a natural evolution of her lifelong devotion to creativity. She specializes in fine line illustration and crafts delicate tattoos with a soft, whimsical, nature-inspired vibe. Delicate botanicals, expressive lettering, and realism-influenced pieces.
She draws inspiration from tattooing's ancient roots as a ritual of remembrance, transformation, and self-expression. Reign enjoys collaborating with each of her clients to create a tattoo that feels personal for each individual. Whether your piece is honoring something deeply meaningful or simply something you visually love!

Em opens her books every 1-2 months, but usually have some scattered appointments available. For now, Rachel is booking on a rolling basis. You can submit to work with Em or Rachel specifically, or apply for first available at this link.
Instagram and signing up for our newsletter are the best ways to hear about openings and booking cycles.

The shop hourly rate is $200/hr with a $150 minimum for small pieces taking under 40 minutes. We both tattoo fairly quickly and as a result our work remains at the affordable end of industry standard. The cost of a tattoo also covers the supplies we use for each piece as well as the hours of drawing time that take place before the appointment.
We will give an estimated range at the time of booking and always do our best to accommodate a wide range of budgets!
We also offer (almost) monthly flash days allowing you to get small pieces at a discount.

We take nonrefundable $100 deposits.
We understand things come up and do transfer deposits for reschedules within 6 months with at least 48 hours heads up. Refunds for last minute cancellations are at the artist’s discretion.

We process all payments through Square and can take cash or card.

Our studio is open by appointment only and not open to the public day-to-day. We offer a wide range of open studio events for the community though where you can come say hi and check out the space!
