This is a GENERAL request.

You can submit to work with Rachel or with Em directly when their books are open and they usually schedule 2 months at a time. You’re welcome to fill out the general request form below if you are open to who you work with. While you are welcome to submit for a last minute opening, we cannot guarantee our availability and are often booking at least a week to a month out. Regardless, we hope to be able to welcome you in to Woodland soon!

I’ve Submitted, WHAT Now?

Since a general request isn’t during our normal books opening, email responses may take a little longer. You can usually expect to hear back from us within about a week.

  • Our individual styles vary a bit, but both are illustrative, fine-lined blackwork. Not sure if you idea fits into our specialities? Still submit! We can recommend other artists locally if it’s not our jam. As always, we prioritize requests that are clear with as many details of the form answered as possible to make sure we feel confident taking on your request.

  • Feel free to list multiple ideas to complete in one session- this can be time and cost effective for both of us! We can block out more time accordingly.

  • Our shop rate is $200/hr with a minimum of $150. We offer discounts for pre-drawn and flash pieces as well as frequent shop flash days with lower pricing. We will provide you with an estimate range ahead of time to make sure you feel comfortable. If you’re concerned about cost, reach out and we can do our best to accommodate.
